We are delighted to share that we have funded a year-long lease on a minibus for environmental charity, Plastic Free North Devon.
Ruda Holiday Park work closely with Plastic Free North Devon and support their mission to protect and improve the environment through community-led action.
By providing this minibus, we will help to enhance the charity’s activities and impact by allowing them to easily transport young people around the area, making educational trips more accessible to schools and allowing Plastic Free North Devon to reach even more students.
One of the key ways this minibus will be used is to develop the Ocean Explorer Academy education programme. Through this initiative, local schoolchildren get hands-on experience in nature, fostering a passion for the environment and conservation.
Together, we're leading the way towards a more sustainable future, one minibus ride at a time!
